The word insect is derived from the Latin word “Lactum” which means cut into sections. Insects are belonging to invertebrates. Insects are the kind of animals that belong to the class insect. The insects are divided into three sections which are known as head, thorax and abdomen. They have six legs which are attached to the thorax.
